How
do I place an order?
First, you request a shipping package from us. We
send it to you prepaid. You send your tape(s) to us in the postage
pre-paid container. We create the DVD's and send you the new DVD's
along with your original tapes. Use our ordering
form to place your order.

there really a money-back guarantee?
Absolutely. We want you to be happy with your
DVDs. Review our guarantee. Order with
confidence.
What
is included with my DVD beyond the DVD itself?
In addition to your DVD, you get a custom label
with a main title and two subtitles as well as a jewel case for
storage.
Is
shipping really free ?
Yes, both ways. Please refer to our
shipping information.
Will
I be notified when my disk(s) are shipped?
If you provide the (optional) E-mail address on your order form, you
will be notified when your tapes are received and shipped. You will
also be provided a USPS Delivery Confirmation number to track your
shipment.
Can
I get multiple copies of the DVD's ?
Multiple copies are available complete with labels
and jewel cases for a small additional
charge.
How
many tapes fit on one DVD?
In general, up to two hours of video tape fit on
one DVD.
What
formats of tape can be converted to DVD?
Most camcorder formats including 8mm, 8mm Digital,
and Mini-DV, VHS, and VHS-C can be converted. If you are not sure
what format you have, take a look at our tape
type identification chart or contact
us.
I
previously had my 8mm film movies converted to VHS tape - can
you convert them to DVD ?
Yes. Send us your VHS tapes and we will
convert them.
Can
you add background music to my movies when you put them on DVD ?
Yes. We can include music from our library of
period appropriate music or you can send us your CD's along with
your order and we will include your music. There is an
additional charge for this service.
What
formats of DVD's can you create ?
We can create both DVD+R formats and DVD-R
formats. Most newer DVD players play both formats. However, some older
players only support one format. We'll send you a demo DVD with your
shipping container so you can test your machine before sending your tape(s) to us.
Can
you edit my tapes before putting them on the DVD's?
Yes. The most cost effective method is to first
make a full DVD copy, which routinely encodes precise elapsed time
data onto the disc. You can then view your video and note the
specific times to delete, dissolve, fade, animate, etc. Please
contact us to discuss your specific
requirements.
What
is your privacy policy?
We do not share our client base with ANY
institution. Your credit card records and video data are deleted 14
days after shipping (We retain them for a short period in
order to allow time for you to easily ordering copies and edits).
Our billing computers are NOT connected to the Internet or any
